Returns
Can I return an item that doesn’t fit?
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. This excludes Thrift Bags, as these are non-refundable. See our returns policy here.
Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Australia Post Standard Shipping: please allow 2-8 business days (from the date of dispatch).
Australia Post Express Shipping: please allow 1-3 business days (from the date of dispatch). We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.
Are there any Click and Collect options available?
As we are based in Brisbane, we offer Click and Collect for Brisbane residents only. You can elect to collect your parcel from our Brisbane office.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally.
How much is shipping?
All orders over $200 receive free Flat Rate Shipping. Any order under $200 will incur a $13.50 shipping cost. Express Shipping is $18.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, Express Shipping is $18. Please allow 1-5 days for your parcel to arrive.
Click and Collect
Where do you offer click and collect?
As we are based in Brisbane, we offer Click and Collect for Brisbane residents only. You can elect to collect your parcel from our Brisbane office.

What brands do you accept?
We accept most brands unless they are fast fashion. See our consignment guide here, or find our brand list in our Seller’s Guide pdf here.
How do I order a thrift bag?
To order a thrift bag, you need to create an account on our site. On your Account Page, you will see an “Order a Thrift Bag” button which will take you to the listing.
How do I return my thrift bag?
After you have filled your Thrift Bag and completed the consignment form, drop it off at your local post office and it will be sent to us. All our Thrift Bags have prepaid postage labels attached, so you won’t need to worry about shipping costs.
How long will it take for my items to be processed?
We try to process all thrift bags within 1-3 weeks of receiving them, but during busy periods it may take longer.
How do you determine the price of clothes?
We price clothes based on variables such as quality, RRP, age, trending styles, current seasons, and sales data. We price all products with both the consignee and consumer in mind.
What happens if the clothes I sent in don't sell?
If your clothes do not sell within a few months of listing, we may decide to reduce the listing price by up to 50%. If the item remains unsold for more than 6 months, we may decide to remove the listing. After this time, you may choose to have the items posted back to you, or donated to one of the charities we support.
How do I get paid?
Once your items sell, we will pay you via the bank details you will have submitted in your consignment form. Please make sure your bank details are correct before sending your form to us.
How much will I get paid?
Payment is based on a sliding scale, so the more an item sells for, the more money you will receive. See our payment table on our Seller’s Guide here.
