At THE CLOSET, we do not sell items that are defective, but they are second hand. We inspect each item before we list it as being for sale. We do our best to accurately describe online the items that we sell. We do our best to photograph items true to colour. THE CLOSET cannot guarantee any item will be true to size, and therefore, we cannot guarantee that any item will fit you.
We will refund orders that do not match our description and items that do not fit, once these have been returned with THE CLOSET’s tags and, if applicable, the original price tags are intact.
We do not refund orders for bags, jewellery, sunglasses and fashion accessories as these are clearly photographed and may be readily inspected from these photos before purchase.
All items should be in the same condition as when you received them and if they came with tags, these should be intact.
Returns will only be considered if returned to and received by THE CLOSET within 21 calendar days of purchase.
Postage for returns will be free.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method that you used when buying the returned item. Items purchased using PayPal or a credit card will be refunded via the same payment method. You cannot claim any more benefit than the amount actually paid for the item, we do not refund promotions and discounts.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of return orders being received.
You need to log onto your account and go to the Resolution Centre then complete the requested information.
You will receive an emailed prepaid return postage from Australia Post. Please follow the instructions in the email.
Postage for returns will be at the Closet's expense provided the item has not been worn and is returned in the same condition as when it was bought.
