Order Thrift Bag

After you have ordered your thrift bag, you can either complete and email an ONLINE CONSIGNMENT FORM, OR you could COMPLETE THE CONSIGNMENT FORM MANUALLY.

If you select ‘Online Consignment form’, you can complete the form online and you do NOT have to include the form in your thrift bag.

If you select ‘Download consignment form’, you must print the form, complete it manually, and include it with your thrift bag.

Step 1 - Choose the pieces you’d like to consign

Ensure that your pieces meet our quality standards, have been laundered, cleaned or drycleaned.

Step 3 - Complete Consignment Form

You may either complete an online consignment form or download and print a consignment form. This form has to be completed and submitted either online or manually.

Choose whether you would like to book a concierge courier pickup or an in-store assessment.

Courier pick-up is available for high-value and designer pieces on a selected workday, with at least two working days’ notice and a selected time slot (8am–12pm or 12pm– 5pm). Sellers who wish to consign individual pieces that either cost more than $1,000 or $5,000 cumulatively or that are from a predetermined list qualify for this service

In-store assessment is available for high-value and designer pieces on Fridays and Saturdays at our Brisbane warehouse at selected times. Sellers who wish to consign individual pieces that either cost more than $1,000 or $5,000 cumulatively, or that are from a predetermined list qualify for this service

As an alternative to manually completing your consignment form, you may complete an online form which you can email to us BEFORE you drop your thrift bag with your items at the Post Office.

If you choose to complete and send the online consignment form, you do not have to include a copy in the thrift bag that you send us, unless you want to do so.

By completing and emailing your form, you confirm to us that you have read and that you have read and that you accept our terms and conditions as set out in the Consignment Form and our Selling Guide.

Once we have received and assessed your items and the form that you have emailed us, we will email you with comments about which of your items are acceptable for listing and the prices at which your items will be listed.

You can then keep track of which items have been sold or expired via your account. Thank you for choosing to sell with us!

You will always receive a hard copy of the consignment form with your thrift bag which you can complete and include with the bag that you send back to us.

If you prefer to download the hard copy consignment form, you can do so by clicking on the DOWNLOAD link below and print a copy that you must then fill out. Please INCLUDE the completed consignment form in the thrift bag that you send us.

Once we have received and assessed your items and the form that you have included in your thrift bag, we will email you with comments about which of your items are acceptable for listing and the prices at which your items will be listed.

You can then keep track of which items have been sold or expired via your account.
